Good ramena new ramen shop which opened in housing area. Its woody interior design with open kitchen bar exactly looks like Kyoto style. Although open kitchen but didn’t smell oily, it’s clean, tidy and hygienic.
The soup based focus on Tonkotsu. I’d ordered Tonkotsu ramen with black garlic oil and Tori Paiton ramen, both taste delicious. The broth is thick and opaque,umami just tastes like an authentic style.
