Izakaya of Hatyai Sashimi restaurantI can’t really spot the difference on menu between What the fish vs. Hatyai Sashimi. However I know that this shop since opens at the bar street and it’s operation hours extend longer than Hatyai Sashimi in mall. The shop has two stories.
Today’s review topic on the lobster, it’s live lobster from the aquarium, cook into 3-way from 4 methods in total. Lobster sashimi is a must! For the lobster’s head soup, you may bypass as just a soup based , a slice of raddish and lobster’s head, nothing much.
