Michelin star modern French fine dining @ ICONSIAMlocated on 1st floor of Iconluxe zone, Blue is a French modern cousine with one Michelin star. The 7 course dinner starts with several mini appetizers before crab caviar laced with gold leaves is served. Wine pairing is available for additional 1800 thb which consists of 4 glasses of regional French wine. The mushrooms upside-down with three cheeses were quite good with fruitful white wine. Next served was the sea bass with tunip then followed by the main course of beef wagyu stake in rich red wine sauce.
rounding out the 7 course meal were two delicious dessert which the star was the sets of mini chocolate delights.
