Sweep the bread crumbs, pick up the empty plates, bread refill - Olive oil, butter, a perfect cup of Espresso ! The Complimentary cheese & Olive is a nice touch! The Appetizer plate of Foie Gras - just melt in your mouth and swallow without any chewing - FULL flavored ! YUM ! Then come the Fish Plates, they both prepared perfectly, ( normally - the fish is over cooked, always ) Tendered & Juicy, Right portion ! Well Done ! The Best Part of Dinner is the Warmed Apple Tar Tar Tan that come a la mode ! Enough Sweet not too over power the mild sour of the Apple, Excellent Job, Bravo to the Pastry Chef ! Hold Up, the Perfect Espresso !
