📝: Ever had Biang Biang or You Po Che Mian (油泼扯) noodles before? Biang Biang noodles are a type of noodle popular in Shanxi. It would definitely make up a delish and hearty bowl.
❤️: Loved that the noodles are made fresh in house so the texture is soft and chewy to the right point. The taste was delicious as well, especially the Beef Noodle with tender beef and fragrant chili oil.
Price was very reasonable and affordable as well.
