Chef Ian Smith - Smith Stake House on Sukhumvit !Early dinner on Sunday, it is a challenge, nothing open till 6:00pm ! Found one - Smith, just come in Sukhumvit Soi 49 for 50 meter, on your left and look like a warehouse !
Special of the Month is Rack of Lamp for 2! A Fried Egg and Green Gourmet Salad to start, Fresh Tossed but not quite Chill as we like, the Bread is Warmed and with Seasoned Butter, nice ! Then come the Lamb on the wooden plank! Well cooked to our Medium Rare and well seasoned to Taste ! The Potatoes and Sauté Vegetable portion is not quite enough for one but they served them as for us both! The Lamb is melting in the mouth, excellent in the Quality and Prepared! The dessert is Banana Split - Good Balance with Crumbs ( think they are Oreo ) and Vanilla IceCream and a very Good cup of Espresso ! Thank you.
