Good Quality sushi - standard tasteSousaku is located near the end of Ari soi 4, quite a walking distance from bts.
First floor of the restaurant sells shabu & sukiyaki and requires reservation. We went to the 2nd floor today for sushi.
We ordered Aburi Party set - 7 varieties 4 pieces sushi. Overall taste is average, only the salmon with grilled negi is a wow for me. The fish meat is fresh but the taste is quite bland, adding shoyu sause is a must.
We also ordered 2 extra sushi which is a trio of chopped akami tuna, fish roe, and quail egg yolk. Again, the taste the quite bland with few drops shoyu (I dont like to add too much sause), but the texture is quite good from the quail yolk creaminess.
The soup is served free of charge and can be re-filled. Hot clear fish based soup with a hint of miso. Nice soup to wash down the taste, not too salty like other Japanese restaurants.
