📝: The best of modern German degustation inspired by family recipes, childhood memories and travel experiences. They once again won 2 Michelin Stars this year.
❤️: From first bite to last, dishes are beautifully presented and feature seasonal ingredients expertly prepared, with traditional German techniques like fermenting, pickling and curing.
The first one is the Rote Grütze dessert of red berries, original beans Eidelveiss 37%. The highlight for me was, however, the Feines Gebäck sweets and pastries, which I forgot the details of, but one had popping candy inside, a tasty little surprise!
