We had the Pumpkin Rocoto with poblano sauce, and we had to say it was the crispiest, most perfect tempura we’ve ever had. . Of the essential dishes, the Binchotan Grilled King Fish and Miso Glazed Dengakuman cannot be missed, the best of fish dishes here. . Leave some room for dessert, as the Goma Street, caramelized white chocolate, sesame ice cream did so well to impress us. What a unique experience it has been to have dined in Sokyo at the Star.
