🍽 new restaurant melbourne 🍯 zucchini flower w/ truffle honey 🥧 shallot tarte tatin 🦪 smoked mussel w/ toum & hashbrown 🫑 baked ricotta w/ anchovies & capsicum 🫒 olive oil ice cream sandwich 🍍 wood roasted pineapple cake 🏠: @nomad.au 📍: 187 Flinders Lane, CBD 📝: Visited new Melbourne restaurant, NOMAD, yesterday and was not disappointed. Moody interior with warm wooden tables, just perfect for a date. ❤️: Stuffed ourselves last night with their delicious range on the menu. My favorite was definitely the 🥧🧅 Shallot Tarte Tatin served with goat’s curd. The pastry was so crispy and flakey, the shallots were caramelized to perfection. Also loved the Zucchini Flowers, with truffle 🍯 honey and 🧀 pecorino. So crispy and tasty with all the flavors paring so harmoniously well together. Lastly, must get the 🦪 Smoked Mussels, with toum and 🥔 hash brown.
