tasting menu 🏠: @kazukisrestaurant 📍: Lygon Street, Carlton 📝: Chef Kazuki Tsuya from Akita, Northern Japan combines classic French techniques with Japanese flavours and the highest quality Australian produce to bring you a unique dining experience. ❤️: Loved everything about this meal—the atmosphere, the service, and most importantly, the food. The tasting menu started with many bite-sized starters, including Abalone with Yuzu Kosho, Nori crisp and cod roe, Ox tongue and more. Another course I loved was the duck with cherry and radicchio. Super impressed with the meal. Loved the interesting take on many combination of ingredients. I enjoyed having the Blue cheese, strawberry and pistachio together, such a delicious tie of flavors that go so well together.
