Delicious shortcake and creative fusion foods but was quite pricey
🇯🇵 japanese fusion brunch 🧇 okonomiyaki waffle & karaage 🦞 lobster scallop mille feuille 🍓 strawberry daifuku 🍵 matcha jasmine shortcake 🏠: @ichigoau 📍: Franklin St, CBD 📝: Love the interior of this brightly lit cafe. One thing was the cafe was so hot 🤣, not sure if the aircon was broken or what but it was like a sauna. Well anyways, that aside, food was delicious and super aesthetic! ❤️: Really loved the Jasmine Matcha Cake. It was so light and creamy. The matcha was so fragrant and mellowed. Foodwise, I loved the Okonomiyaki Waffle with Karaage Fried Chicken. Such an interesting take on the classic okonomiyaki!
