A fun getaway for the kids and a tasty meal to boot.
Sweet Poppy is approximately 30-40 minutes outside of “downtown” Bangkok, just north of the Nonthaburi section of town. Because of that, the restaurant has a very large footprint, a good portion of which is devoted to a wonderful outdoor play area where the kids (and some grown-ups) can play while they wait for their food to arrive at the table. The food is entirely western although some Thai items will eventually make it on there I’m sure. There is a lot of outdoor seating and the restaurant is made for large groups a big parties. The lovely playground shows that they are definitely targeting families who want to make a little trek out to Tha Sai for a few hours of quiet fun. They have a juice / smoothie bar and some very good coffee and tea choices... our group tried the iced latte, a machiato, and some house coffee, all of which were soothing and tasty. For brunch we had penne with a bolognese sauce, some juicy pork meatballs, toasted finger sandwiches, a chorizo hash, a smoothie bowl, the cos hearts salad, a brekkie burger, and an avocado toast order. Everything was delicious. The kids ate everything to power themselves up for the playground and the adults were able to lounge around and relax over some saucy, savory, and satisfying food before driving back home. The food itself was probably closer to a 4 but the entire brunch experience bumps it up to a 5. We’re looking forward to returning. One last thing. Make sure you make a reservation if you’re a party of 4 or more. Don’t be surprised if many of the larger tables are reserved if you just pop in without a reservation on the weekends.

Friendly to kids but not to the wallet 💼

ร้านน่ารักมาก เป็น Brunch ที่มีความสุข เพราะอาหารไปในแนวทางเพื่อสุขภาพด้วย

Australian style
Australian style restaurant, studio and play live in Nontaburi district. a place where family can bring children to play and enjoy it together. as above they also have Australian dish - organic, high quality and some imported ingredients. price is quit high and including service 10+7% charge. anyway the taste was good and well service.ดูเพิ่มเติม

ร้านบรรยากาศสไตล์รีสอร์ต อาหารแพงแต่รสชาติดี
มีเพื่อนแนะนำมาทานร้านนี้ อยู่แถวถนนสามัคคี ตกแต่งบรรยากาศเหมือนเป็นรีสอร์ตมาก แต่ถามแล้วว่าไม่มีที่พักค่ะ จะมีน้ำผลไม้สุขภาพให้เลือกเยอะมาก แต่ราคาก็แรงมากเช่นกัน แก้วละ120โดยประมาณ ที่สั่งไปมี Duck Confit, เบอร์เกอร์ไก่ทอด และ แป้งคล้ายๆ tortilla มีทบอลหมู จำชื่อเมนูไม่ได้ duck confit รสชาติดีมาก ให้ปริมาณค่อนข้างน้อย แต่ราคา 300 เลยนะ ก็ถือว่ายังรับได้เพราะอร่อย เบอร์เกอร์ก็ใหญ่อยู่ แห้งไป...อ่านต่อ
