Penang Steak (สเต็กปีนัง) พิษณุโลก

I'm Native Thai so bare in mind that my English could not be just gorgeous. I'm a freakin beef lover and been to many of local steak shop down here in Phidanulok and i could say that this was one of my Top most tongue's melting beef steak. Went there on Friday night which was on Loy Kratong day for Thais, first met was.... So freakin crowded, they've got a big plenty of spaces with wide tables for family groups or big table for lover and couple but still 80% of seats were occupied already, How long am i gonna be starving for, how many Ques do i have to wait, no matter how... I am here, so give them a shot, what's the matter.. First impression was, the Tablecloth.. really impressed with their idea, guaranteed that kids will love and got a joyful moment, It's a Huge paper (really means it) with Crayons... You can draw what ever you like...but i was alone...so just busy with swipe right and find the matching one. :) Varieties of menus for both European and Thai foods, i chose the cheapest ones for beef steak, can't recognize the name but it was 180g, mushroom sauce and chef's salad were chosen as side dish. Medium rare was my most favorite degree and you know what... It took only less than 10 mins to bring out my order (with crowded people) Taste : Palatable or could say yummy at first bite without the sauce. Himalayan salt and grounded peppers were nearby on the wooden-plate. next bite with the mushroom sauce, great combination once it touched to your taste buds. Just only one problem i faced.... It's not enough ! 180g was fully gone within 3 mins. Then what, i'm not full my tummy yet, I'm a body builder, i eat a lot (really mean it, 6 meals a day) My tummy wants more but my money was no more. so go for a cheaper ones, Chicken steak was ordered, as usual with lightning cook. it was served with in 5 mins (HolyMoly) , it was topped with Almond slices and served with red sauce (kinda like tomato mixed with some sort of chili but not so spicy) i ' m not fully like this sauce so i go for the left behind mushroom sauce that was got some left. Ended up the session with Chef's salads, seems to be small size in a tiny box-shaped dish. but it was not that small once i pour them over on the plain plate. Drinks: free plain water. Desserts : not my type, preferred to have a Lager instead but cannot due to Covid 's ridiculous laws & regulations in Thailand.
