Triple Rose Gimlette

My own Gimlet recipe with red gin that I made from 3 kind of roses. Brew dry rosebuds, fresh rosemaries and dry roselle overnight. To create gimlet with special flavor with a strong hint of these roses.

- Triple Rose Gin90 ml.
- Green lime juice30 ml.
- Elderflower syrup30 ml.
- Ice cube1/2 cup

- To prepare “Triple Rose Gin” You must have 1 bottled of gin with any brand you like. 1. Prepare fresh Rosemary by wash with water till it clean, let sit to dry water out for a while. Wash dry rosebud and dry roselle to clean the dust, let sit till dry. 2. Open bottle of gin, and pour out amount 90 ml. to free space for triple rose. 3. Add all roses into the bottle, soak overnight then you’ll have triple rose gin for next step.
- 1. Put all liquids ingredients into shaker, slightly twirl by hand to mix. 2. Add ice cube till it cover all liquid, closed the lid firm. 3. Shake 28 times, by firmed hand with strong and fast till outside of shaker getting frozen. 4. Pour into highball glass with ice, add club soda, served Or pour into martini glass for 1 served. If you like to sip.
- Here for garnish. I use fresh rosemary and orange mandarin slice

roselle is for acidy flavor and red color. rosemary and rosebud for good scents

Make process fast after put ice cube into shaker to prevent ice melt and dissolve the taste.
