If you're a sharkfin lover, this place is a must. Their speciality is serving huge portions of sharkfin on a per customer basis. Everyone has a huge pot for themselves! So why not you! I usually get the small one with crab just for myself. Or the biggest sized one to share for three. Trust me, the biggest one for ten people like what Thais do wont do. The fin is thick and huge so cheap for the quality when compared to chinese restaurants in Thailand where they serve small little fins (let alone the ones in hotels ewww). The soup is thick and is served boiling hot (literally). Another must have is the duck web - both styles are good, ones with soup and ones without. If ur not full, then get the spinach to cool down the meal.! So if ur in town drop by Goodwood Hotel for the sharkfin at Thai Village! Its so good that I had to fly to Vietnam to get another go, only to find out that its cheaper in Singapore).
